New Directors Head Up Core Texts Program

Government professors Thomas and Lorraine Pangle have been named co-directors of the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Study of Core Texts and Ideas, College of Liberal Arts Dean Randy L. Diehl announced this week.

Unprecedented Number of Female Faculty Hired

That includes an unprecedented five women coming in as full professors from such schools as Harvard University, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Southern California.
