EID Administrative Tools

Electronic Campus and Department Contacts Security Information Classes
The Electronic Campus class introduces you to the administrative computer system, also known as the mainframe, computer security policy, and the UT EID and employee Web services. The Department Contacts Security Information class introduces department contacts to procedures for accessing administrative computing services on campus.

Online Education (OLEDU) Courses
ITS has purchased four licenses for the OLEDU course offerings. Each course is developed by Mindleaders and includes fully certified curriculum. Subject areas covered by the courses include:
- End-User Desktop Computing
- Technical General
- Technical Microsoft – MCSE
- Technical Web Development

Each license is available for checkout for specific time durations. To request a course, send an e-mail message with the course title to training@its.utexas.edu. ITS will provide you with login information or the date when the next license will be available for checkout.
