Online Resources
Basic information about students who have or will be studying abroad on an exchange program or an affiliated program can be found via the Advisors Toolkit or EASI. Students participating in faculty led programs are identified by their course registration.
Portal/MY SAO:
Study Abroad at UT is managed by a UT Direct intranet, known as “MY SAO”. The portal is used by students, faculty and staff to manage the application process and pre departure preparation as well as emergency management.
Study Abroad Advisors and Coordinators:
There are many Study Abroad Advisors and Coordinators on the UT campus. Some advisors and coordinators are housed in the Study Abroad Office others are located in academic units.

UT campus networking group consisting of those working with program development and study abroad students. Established to facilitate communication and provide a forum for the discussion of relevant topics. - Provost Cross College Council on International Study (P3CIS)
Individuals from each college and school are represented on this council. The main objective of the council is to work collectively to internationalize the campus. (Blackboard Community) - University Wide International Oversight Committee
